For more than 25 years, Shahnar has mastered every phase of the building process: framing, structural repair, site work, development, remodeling, additions, commercial build-outs, and full design-build project management.
He built his reputation the traditional way — through hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing things right, even when no one is watching. After working on hundreds of homes and large-scale development projects throughout Connecticut, Shahnar founded Muncell Construction Group with a simple mission:

His hands-on approach is the foundation of everything Muncell Construction does. Shahnar still walks every job, checks the details personally, and ensures every member of the team treats each property with the same pride and respect they would their own.
